SERVICE BUSINESS LEADER
Our Client is a Multinational Automation Company. Due to business expansion within Asia Pacific, they are looking to invite a Service Business professional within the Automation industry to join them as a Service Business Leader to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Align and implement the country business strategy / develop business plan with regional sales strategy for assigned products and solution / service to meet or exceed annual sales goals.
Build front log / monitor / forecast / growth key initiatives, including Connected Services, Oil and Gas industry, Contracts.
Define growth / recovery activities with In-Country Sales/ Account/ Channel Manager and support WSC.
Collaborate with In-Country Sales/ Account/ Channel/ BU/ Functional team to support segmented sales execution.
Manage, lead and develop Z1/Z2/Z3 conversion and growth initiative plans for targeted in-country accounts / applications.
Ensure achievement of resources utilization rate, customer satisfactory level, excellent delivery practices (On-time Delivery, Prestige Quality).
Talent management: provide continuous coaching and development of the SA and Delivery team skills and competencies to workforce planning (Hiring, retention, and performance review).
Ensure compliance with Client Code of Conduct, policies, procedures and guidelines as well as relevant government regulations within assigned geography.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Ten or more years of experience implementing sales strategies and managing operational process.
Financial business knowledge and strategic business planning experience to operate in an entrepreneurial business environment.
Experience driving continuous improvement and standardization.
Experience working in growth-oriented global organization with diverse service portfolio with direct to customer and distributor driven channels.
Demonstrated strong presentation, verbal and written communications skills.
Experience and Technical Competencies
Intermediate level of expertise in Integrated Architecture, Safety and Networks. Standard Drives and Industrial Controls.
Having an experience on providing Integrated Control System and Safety Solutions in Oil & Gas Industry is an added advantage.
Experience in industrial / electrical equipment or manufacturing.

Jakarta – Frequent domestic travels as and when required.
