Our Client is a world leading agricultural commodities producer, processor and trading house. They are one of the major players in the trading world. They provide innovative solutions to customers across major market segments; including agriculture and food and energy and natural resources. Some of their major businesses include the trading and distribution of agricultural commodities, manufacturing and sale of livestock and feed, trading in energy, steel and transport, and the production of food ingredients. They also provide risk management and financial solutions to both their customers and their own businesses.






Position Purpose:


Work with the Food Ingredients and Bio-Industrial APAC Regional Accelerated Continuous Improvement and Business Excellence deployment team to drive transformational excellence by instilling strong process discipline, rigorous metric management and tracking, and transparent reporting and issue management.


The position is the pipeline of business Delivery Lead in near future.   The role works closely with the work-stream leaders to gain a deep understanding of the goal of the initiatives, how it is structured to succeed, and what success ultimately looks like.


Responsibilities include:


  • Serving as part of the Delivery Office team to drive process discipline and rigor throughout the work-stream
  • Aligning with work-stream leaders on clearly defined success metrics, including milestone goals and timing, to ensure the initiative is on track
  • Adapting the tools and dashboard reports to fit clearly within the context of the initiative, while still maintaining a common frame that translates across the transformation
  • Proactively flagging issues or barriers to success, and works with the work-stream leader to create a relevant action plan
  • Escalating issues that cannot be solved directly by the Work-stream team or Delivery Office to the Leadership team meetings or SteerCos
  • Support Accelerate Continuous Improvement performance and health management, including goal setting and progress reporting, for his or her work-streams
  • Support demand generation for Delivery Office support through effective partnership with key organization stakeholders
  • Provide best-in-class guidance on transformation excellence to other work-streams
  • Depending on the complexity and/or scope of the initiative, a Transformation Senior Associate may be responsible or support 2 to 3 work-streams at one time
  • Preps and briefs CTO of various meetings




  • Excellent judgment, ability to distil insights from multiple sources of information into an executive-level overview
  • Excellent problem solving skills, ability to help others organize problem solving and act
  • Demonstrated project management experience, preferably with an organizational metrics component
  • Ability to influence others, even without direct management responsibility

  • Possesses a clear vision relevant to the initiative that offers a perspective on how the organization needs to change to succeed
  • Strong understanding of business and policy issues faced by the organization, and why the transformation is critical


Minimum Required Qualifications:


·         Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Science or related field

·         Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in Commercial Management, Finance, Supply Chain, or related business field

·         Demonstrated strong quantitative & analytical ability


Preferred Qualifications:


·         Master degree, MBA preferred and a proven track record of at least 3- 5 years in transformation role or Continuous Improvement or other similar practice area

·         Strong analytical skills to execute complex data analysis

·         Demonstrated excellent people skills

·         Demonstrated track record of facilitating and implementing change

·         Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-functional environment

·         Proven ability to behave in accordance with company values and ethics

·         Experience with production or manufacturing environment
